Upcoming Closures & Modified Schedules

  • January 30th, 2026 - P.A. Day Camps will be operating and the Horton Street 50+ Centre will be open and running on our modified schedule during this time!

Important Note:

When the Centre operates on our modified schedule only the Pools and Fitness Room will be available at shortened hours to accommodate the children’s day camp programs. Aqua-Fit and Gentle Fit will not be offered.

Fitness Room will be open from 7:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

Both Pools - Aquaplex & Wellness - will be open from 7:30 a.m. to 10:15 a.m.

The Café is open but only for the sale of frozen entrées.

The change rooms, including the accessible/family change room, must be vacated by 10:45 a.m. to avoid overlap with children’s day camps operating on P.A. Days, Winter, March, and Summer breaks.

Evening Adventure is our after-school recreation program at the Club’s main site, 184 Horton St. E. Check out what we have planned for children in Grades 1 to 8!

No drop-in after-school programs are available on P.A. Days, holidays and during school breaks (Spring, Summer, and Winter).

Important Notes:

  • Please refer to our Children’s Program Calendar HERE for more important dates in 2025-2026.

  • January 30th, 2026 - P.A. Day Camp will be operating instead of Evening Adventure. Bussing, social programs and Supper Club will not be offered. Limited spaces are available so make sure to register before it’s too late! (Register online via RecDesk HERE with your active profiles or use the PDF form HERE.)

  • Next Level Sports’ Winter calendars are available for Basketball, Volleyball, and Gymnastics (starting the week of January 5th, 2026)

Children’s Day Camps

Activities are subject to change depending on the weather, number of participants registered and staffing.
Registration for 2025-26 P.A. Day Camps, Winter Break and March Break Camps is open!

Note: There is no difference between Camp-A-Saurus and Explorers camps. Both offer the same experiences for camp participants but in a smaller group setting.

Camp schedules are emailed to registered families one week before each camp day/week begins, and paper copies are also available for pick-up on the first day of camp each week at sign-in.

    Adventure Ready

    Ages 6 to 12

    Children to participate in a variety of activities including; arts & crafts, active games, swimming, sports, music and more. The children go on an out trip to explore one of London’s attractions! Through play, children have the opportunity to learn new skills, make friends and have fun!

    All Stars

    Ages 6 to 12

    Campers will keep busy through a variety of different sports like basketball, soccer, hockey, etc., work on skill and leadership development, and enjoy friendly competition. Other activities like swimming are included!

    Camp-a-Saurus

    Ages 4 to 5

    Active games, art, swimming, science, music are just a sample of what campers will experience. Through play and fun, campers will learn new skills and make new friends.

    (For March Break only - Explorers camp group is also offered. Camp-a-Saurus and Explorers follow the same program. There is no difference between the two camps.)

    Creative Arts

    Ages 6 to 9

    Let your creativity and imagination run wild! This camp explores a variety of different creative arts and music.

    G.A.M.E. Camp

    Ages 9 to 13

    Games And Media Exploration Camp is the program emphasizing new gaming experiences!

    Discover new games and dig into old classics while developing cooperation skills, problem solving skills and sportsmanship.

    Ilderton, ON

    Ages 4 to 12

    This camp is based at the *Ilderton Community Centre and Arena. Participants enjoy a variety of games, crafts, and other fun activities with weekly themes such as Science, Olympics and Carnival!

    No extended care sessions are available at this location.

    Winter Break Day Camps will not be available in Ilderton.

    Kamp I Direct

    Ages 6 to 12

    This camp allows children to choose some of their activities for part of the day.

    At the start of the day, a morning and an afternoon stream of three activities are scheduled and children can sign up for the options provided.

    These activities may include sports, crafts, science fun, music, active games and more.

    Stepping Stones

    Ages 11 to 14

    This camp offers a welcoming space for youth to build confidence, make real friendships, and strengthen social skills in a relaxed, judgment-free environment.

    Through awesome activities like swimming, volunteering, group challenges, and out-trips, campers learn to handle social situations with empathy, self-awareness, and resilience.

    Super Skills

    Ages 6 to 10

    Social Skills are fun, interactive, and an inclusive way for children to learn about themselves.

    Super Skills Camp allows campers to build resilience, make friendships, gain confidence and learn practical life skills in a fun and welcoming environment.
