SOCIAL PROGRAMS
Safe space to learn
BGC London supports children and youth to explore strategies and consider tools that help build resiliency and promote self-esteem. These age appropriate sessions are developed to be fun and engaging, and to promote a sense of belonging and personal safety.
Our programs operate throughout the school year for children and youth in Grades 1-8.
For youth in Grades 9 to 12, program offerings vary. Please contact Senior M.A.P. by email or call 519-434-9115 ext. 254.
There is no cost to these programs as it is included in the BGC Membership and Visitor fees.
Programs for Grades 1 to 8
Each program is offered weekly in the Board Room (2nd floor) at BGC London.
Children attending our after-school, recreation program, called Evening Adventure, are welcome to join.
Here is the what’s happening from *January 12th to March 13th, 2026!
*No programs will be running on P.A. Days, holidays, and March Break.
Inside Out
Offered on Mondays - 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Ages: 6 to 13 (Grades 1 to 8)
A movie-inspired program that helps children understand their emotions, build coping skills, and develop healthy ways to express feelings in a supportive setting.
Offered on Tuesdays - 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Ages: 9 to 13
An all-boys program focused on building confidence, resilience, teamwork, and positive friendships through structured, engaging activities.
This program is perfect for boys in grades 3-8 who want to grow, learn, and have fun together.
Boys 2 Men
Girl C.O.D.E.
Offered on Tuesdays - 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Ages: 6 to 13
Welcome to Girl C.O.D.E. - Confidently Open-Minded and Delightfully Empowering.
A supportive group that empowers girls to build confidence, teamwork, and strong friendships while exploring their strengths in a safe, encouraging environment.
Power Hour
Offered on Wednesdays - 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Ages: 6 to 9
A social skills program that helps children strengthen communication, empathy, and teamwork while building confidence and meaningful peer connections.
Up & Atom
Offered on Thursdays - 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Ages: 6 to 13 (Grades 1 to 8)
A creative program using recycled materials to teach teamwork, problem-solving, and positive mental health strategies through hands-on projects.
Chompians
Offered on Fridays - 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Ages: 10 to 13
A wellness-focused program combining cooking, physical activity, and mental health education to support healthy habits, confidence, and overall well-being.
