Choose your own (early employment) adventure at BGC!

Calling all youth entering Grade 9 to Grade 12 (ages 13-18) who are at the start of their early employment adventures!

Take the first step!

The first step in your adventure is to register to become a BGC volunteer. Once we receive your application, we will be in touch to schedule an orientation and share information about the upcoming placement and training opportunities!

Earn your mandatory community service hours for secondary school graduation this summer with our program! Choose to attend all sessions for the full forty hours or select those that interest you. Explore community issues, engage with organizations, and make a difference! Spend half your time learning and the rest taking action through community projects and supporting children at the BGC London Day Camp. Fulfill graduation requirements, learn about your community, and acquire new skills.

This program is designed to empower youth in their path to leadership and in preparation for the careers.

This free program is running from October 2024 to June 2025. Check out the details, schedule, and online registration.

BGC London and the Canadian Red Cross are collaborating to help prepare our local youth for future job opportunities. These courses are open to all youth in the community; no Club membership required.

  • $45 per person

  • Learn the importance of food safety and how to serve food safely.

  • Receive a certificate from TrainCan, Inc. for completing Basics.fst course.
